Thank you for your interest in our clay blocks, which stem from customer feedback. The concept of combining a clay bar with a sponge is truly innovative. In late 2008, we received a custom request to merge these two elements, leading us to develop a clay bar with integrated sponge, which we named Clay Block. The product was first launched in June 2009.
The sponge block is designed to provide ample water to the clay during the car wash process. This innovative approach enhances the clay experience, allowing the clay to glide smoothly over the car’s surface while effectively removing contaminants from the paint.
We continue to improve our clay blocks and offer them in a variety of sizes, colors and sponge materials to give our customers different effective options and manipulation experiences. Our goal is to increase removal speed while ensuring safety and efficiency. We welcome OEM inquiries and cooperation!

1) Sponge used for clay blocks
2)Replaceable microfiber wrapped sponge
3)The clay itself
4)Other materials involved in clay block construction such as sewing thread and adhesives.
